The “Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP)” There is a deadline to sign up for the help of 7/22/11 so if you are a distressed home owner, hurry and complete a “Pre-Application Screening Worksheet” by July 22, 2011 to earn eligibility for a spot in a random lottery.
